Deep Relaxation & Intuitive Art Expression Workshop
Size: Up to 7
A 2-hour immersion into deep meditation, self exploration and intuitive art expression.
Yoga Nidra & Acupuncture, aromatherapy, essential oils, guided & free-flowing expression through art!
We will begin with a simple breathing practice, then move into savasana, where you will receive a simple acupuncture treatment, and be led through guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) practice.
Snacks and infused water will be served after our meditation and before we move into the artistic expression. You will be invited to express yourself on paper with watercolor pencils, in any way that suits you.

Small Group Accessible Yoga

The class is comfortable for those who have limited range of motion, balance inconsistencies, have experienced injury, or had surgical interventions. Also great if you’re new to yoga! This is an opportunity to experience yoga flow in an accessible format.
Movement, Meditation & Acupuncture

This Class is a synergistic experience of Movement, Meditation and Acupuncture. Slow flow will bring your body into a heightened level of awareness and presence.
Following a 30min Mindful Vinyasa practice, a simple and profound acupuncture treatment will be provided concurrently with Guided Meditation (Yoga Nida).
This class is perfect for anyone who enjoys meditation and yoga, and is very helpful for those who feel they have trouble slowing their minds or being in the moment. The combined modalities and intentional progression from movement to stillness will coax your mind, body and nervous system into a stressless state of relaxation and rejuvenation.
